My new job concerning Graphics Design

Today I started a new job at the mines. Its my first time working there and I'm kinda excited about the new tasks that I will be able to learn and discover many new things. On my way to my job site in Riverview at Mosaic Mines. I discovered a few interesting and brightly lit ideas that just keep forming in my head. One of my biggest discoveries that I learned is that what we are trenching and forming is basically some ditches and a over sized lake with a very deep depth. But while I was working, in my mind were coming some ideas and some questions. One of these was: how are we going to form something to make it fit. Then I started to get some ideas and started to draw them in my head. The first thing that came up was the bevel we had to make for a special fabric to hold following a composite layer. Graphics Designers come up with ways to design models. In this case a bevel that was 6ft wide followed with a 15 ft slope slanted on both sides. Workers need to find ways to make everything fit but also be safe for us to pass with the composite layer we add. The Geo team are the ones who come up with the plans and observe if everything is alright. They make the plans on a rough draft and draw out special connections for the 11ft pipe to go. Then they sketch it out in a computer based graphic. They do the math on how many pieces will fit in that section for every 20 team leaders in their sector. Then they skew their drawings to a 3D position.  This reason is to know how are they going to be put horizontal or vertical. Once all their calculations have been discussed and review. Then they they decide whether to go with the plan sketched or draw up a new plan with better modifications. Once its all clear then we go and start working with the new plans sketched. Then we work.

THe technology that surrounds us

The new gadgets that are coming out is awe-inspiring. They are becoming more strangely unusual than what we used to have. Like today's computers that are now included with new themes that don't seem to fit. New automobiles that are coming out all technical that its becoming harder to fix. Like my dad's 2005 1500 Chevrolet .It now comes with new inventions and these weird looking top caps for checking the engine and the engine coolant, and compare that to my 1991 1500 Chevrolet SL. Mine's easier to fix, for it has more room to take out a engine or the hard to reach places like the spark plugs that are right on the side but with easier pull out. What does this have to do with graphics? It's the machines design that its pertaining to. Why? Because the creators of the these amazing but arrogant machines that are sometimes unfixable are  having more technology added to it and the graphics have to make more room for all these new gadgets.

Microsoft Office 2007 for Students - Cheap!

Microsoft is running an offer especially for college students called The Ultimate Steal. For a limited time, students can obtain a copy of Microsoft 2007 Ultimate Edition for only $59.95. To qualify for this offer, you must be enrolled at a US educational institution and have a valid e-mail address that ends in the edu domain. Considering this package is available at retail for around $500, this is a fantastic deal for students. So check it out and save some $$$ today!

Even though you can download the software from the Web site, you should also consider purchasing (for an additional fee) the software on DVD. This will make reinstalling the software much easier in the future in case you have a problem (such as your hard drive fails).

The beginnings of all technology being created for newer purposes.

There is new technology being made. Some is being created for good purposes to help us out fight cures for people in need and some is used in war to stop crime from rising. But whether technology is used for good or used to eliminate a target. It first needs to be created in some form of digital art for it to be processed. If working in a technological field the first thing that a inventor (maybe a health specialist that thought of a easier way to help people lose weight or a weapon specialist that's making a new weapon designed for collateral disaster) or a designer needs to do is to make plans and also make digital plans to see what pieces fit and what doesn't need to be there. To make a invention work a designer needs to make tests  and run diagnostics each time there is a problem or a mishap in one of the modules being created. After the module has been completed and has passed all of its tests. Its then ready for its design and for the real module to be made. When finished with the prototype and it has reached all of its accomplishments, then it is ready for its trademark and its market for anybody that seems to them a good idea
